Shipping

Our goal is to process your order quickly and to ensure its safe delivery. Orders are shipped fully insured with the reliability and accountability of UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service. We will ship your order within two days of receiving your final payment and all shipping costs. Expedited orders are shipped the same day if payment is received before 1pm, Pacific Standard Time. 

Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. A signature confirmation is required on all packages. 

POLICY

Shipping costs are charged to you by Bronzeson Avenue and are in addition to the price of the products themselves. The costs of delivery shall be calculated according to the purchase value of your order. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for final payment approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is paid in full and ready to be shipped, we will send you the tracking confirmation of your order by email or fax.

Bronzeson Avenue insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of each Bronzeson Avenue package shipped for delivery. At that point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery, then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such a recipient (at the delivered address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sales agreement by Bronzeson Avenue, and transfers responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery time of your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number. This permits you to track your packages online. 

Please note the following

• For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all of our orders
• We do not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• We do not ship to hotels
• Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will ship FedEx second day air. Shipments to Canada will ship UPS Standard, FedEx or USPS..

DOOR TO DOOR AND ENHANCED DELIVERY

Some of the larger items might require door to door or enhanced delivery. These items will incur additional delivery charges, which will be listed on the product detail page (receipt). Select items, such as furniture and large or heavy items, may be subject to longer shipping times, which will be indicated on the order. In some instances, products from different categories, especially furniture, rugs and over size decor items may need to be separated into multiple shipments. You will be able to see on the checkout page if the product you have selected will be subject to an additional fee for these multiple shipments. Please contact customer service if you have questions about which rate will apply to your order.

Deliveries of items containing hazardous or flammable materials (such as fragrances) may take longer due to legally mandated shipping requirements. In the event of service interruption or failures caused by events beyond the control of Bronzeson Avenue, packages will be delivered as soon as possible, but may take longer than the estimated time.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we are unable to re-ship these orders without shipping costs being purchased again by the customer. Please take this into consideration when selecting the shipping address for your order.

Damaged Items

Bronzeson Avenue is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. We do insure all packages mailed out. If for some reason your package is damaged, please keep the original packaging and email us immediately at (info@Bronzesonavenue.com). Also, for overdue deliveries, we will contact the carrier on your behalf and file an insurance claim.  

Additional Information

Items shipped next day will be delivered the next business day, and items shipped second day air will be delivered two days later. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items or in certain areas. All shipping fees include insurance and signature confirmation. 

PLEASE NOTE:

WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES, 3RD. PARTY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COMPANIES, OR FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANIES.

All orders will require a physical home or business address for shipments.
All orders, after receiving final payment & shipping fees, will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days following the initial order date.
Final payments received after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. 
Final payments received after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

International

We ship out luxury goods worldwide, so please note that items being shipped outside of the USA are subject to customs assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with national law. We mark all of our customs forms as “NEW Items” valued at the amount you paid. We cannot mark items as gifts, and customs and duties will be charged according to the fee/term of your country. The costs are not included in the item price or shipping prices. We are not able to change the invoice price for any reason. It is required that we include the invoice with the item, to avoid having the package held at customs and/or returned. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. In addition, due to different state restrictions, alcoholic beverages may not always be shipped to all states, or outside the United States. Please refer to your state guidelines for information on what states permit shipment of specific items. If you provide a shipping address that is not in one of these states, and in accordance with its guidelines, Bronzeson Avenue will not process your order. We will not ship alcoholic beverages outside the U.S. where quantity limits may apply in some states. Your order may be reduced or held to comply with state restrictions.

BRONZESON AVENUE OFFERS NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN OPENED.

Please make sure that you understand the returns policy prior to placing any order.

We strive to provide you with the most accurate experience possible at Bronzeson Avenue If you feel that you have received an item that is not as described, you must Contact Us within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Bronzeson Avenue asks that you know your sizes by designers. We are not responsible for any item that does not fit according to size. There will be no exchanges, returns or refunds.

RESTRICTED/PROHIBITED ITEMS

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES ARE THOSE RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF SOME ALCOHOLS, TOBACCO, GUNS, AMMUNITION, DRUGS, NARCOTICS, COUNTERFEIT, STEROIDS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, UNAUTHORIZED REPLICAS, LIVESTOCK, ANIMALS OF ANY KIND, PORNOGRAPHY, EXPLICIT MATERIALS, MEDICAL PROCEDURES, SURGERIES, PIRATED MOVIES/MUSIC, ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, PROMOTING HATE/VIOLENCE, FINANCE EXPLOITATION AND ANYTHING THAT VIOLATES ANY LAW, STATE OR FEDERAL ORDINANCE, SECURITY OR REGULATION.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON WE FEEL NECESSARY.
