Q1:Forgot your user name or password?

A: The user name is the e-mail address you used to sign up. You can retrieve your password by clicking on the forgot password link under the log in box on the Bronzeson Avenue home page.

Q2:Are you affiliated with the stores that you buy from?

A: Bronzeson Avenue is a third party provider and shops as a regular customer at all luxury stores.

Q3:Can I access information on my order?

A: You can view and manage your online account at any time. Simply log into your account and all your information will be displayed.

Q4:Is there a limit to how many purchases I can make?

A: No, but we do encourage our members to be responsible. Each item purchased opens a new order number.

Q5:Can I change my password?

A: You can change your password at any time. Simply sign in and click the edit profile information button.

Q6:What shows up on my bank statement when I pay my monthly bill?

A: Your payment will display as a Bronzeson Avenue service.

Q7:How much time do I get to make payments?

A: Customers can choose a term of 2,3,4 or 5 months with pay over time.

Q8:How often can I make a payment?

A: Payments can be made at any time, as long as a payment and the monthly fee are paid at least once a month.

Q9:What happens if a payment is missed?

A: A 15 day grace period is given from the date of your scheduled payment. If payment is not received within or before the grace period, your order will be cancelled.

Q10:Can I make extra or larger payments to receive my order sooner?

A: You may make extra payments and pay off your order sooner. If the monthly payment & fee are paid, all extra payments within the month will be applied to the principal balance.

Q11:Can I adjust my monthly payment?

A: Monthly payments may not be adjusted. The monthly payment will remain the same, but added principal payments can be paid. The balance must be paid in full by the end of the 2,3,4 or 5 month term.

Q12:How do I cancel my order?

A: Orders may not be cancelled. Please email us at info@bronzesonavenue.com and a representative will be happy to provide more information.

Q13:Can I change the item I have on hold?

A: Unfortunately you cannot. You can set up a new purchase order.

Q14:How does Pay Over Time work?

A: Customers can make payments over time for luxury items or services they want. Once all payments have been made, the item will be shipped to you.

Q15:Do all items purchased have to be luxury items?

A: They do not, but we do offer a service for items purchased between $300-$10,000.

Q16:Will there be a fee associated with canceling my order?

A: When an order is cancelled a customer will lose any and all payments and fees that have been collected up to that time.

Q17:Is my order and account information secure?

A: Yes, our Merchant Website is secured by a 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate. There is an Encrypted link between our Server and your Web Browser. All information passed to Bronzeson Avenue remains private.

Q18:What does it cost to use Bronzeson Avenue?

A: We charge a fee of 7% per month of the total purchase price.

Q19:Is my money secure with Bronzeson Avenue?

A: Absolutely! All customer's funds are held in a secure holding account.

Q20:Do I have shipping options?

A: We will ship your order via your chosen shipping method within 48 hours of receiving your complete payment for the item(s). Further details are provided on our shipping page.

Q21:How can I make a payment online?

A: In order to make a payment you may click the link that Bronzeson Avenue will send to your email. Additionally you may log into your account and click pay bill.

Q22:What are my payment options?

A: We accept many types of payment. Please visit the payment page for more details.

Q23:How do I change my billing options?

A: To add or edit a credit card or other payment option, please go to the "my account" page and select "payment options.

Q24:How do I see when payments are scheduled or completed?

A: Once you pay a bill, you'll receive an email confirmation that the payment has been made / scheduled. You may also log into your account and click on "account overview" to view your payment schedule and to make payments.

Q25:How will I know when my bill is due?

A: Bronzeson Avenue will send you email alerts 3 times each month prior to your bill due date. Additionally you may log into your account to view your payment schedule.

Q26:Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: Bronzeson Avenue is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. In most cases, taxes are included in the item's total price.

Q27:Does Bronzeson Avenue ever sell replicas?

A: NEVER. We only purchase new and authentic items directly from the luxury brand providers.

Q28:If I purchase an item, what kind of condition will it be in?

A: All items are brand new, authentic and guaranteed.

Q29:Are prices negotiable?

A: No, all that you pay is the final sales price, our monthly fee, and shipping costs.

Q30:What kind of products can I buy?

A: Bronzeson Avenue only deals in the best luxury brands sought after by fashion lovers around the globe.

A: Yes! We do!

Q32:For international orders, who is responsible for customs fees and taxes?

A: The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees as determined by their local government.
