1. Acceptance of our Terms and Conditions
By visiting, browsing or registering on the Bronzeson Avenue website, you agree that you have read, understand and accept these Terms of Conditions and any modifications made to them from time to time. The Terms and Conditions will apply to your usage of any purchase of items and or service that we offer.
Bronzeson Avenue is a luxury purchasing service that provides customers the ability to pay with time for items and services they desire with minimal monthly fee's. You must be 18 years are older and agree and accept Bronzeson Avenue Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policies.
2. GENERAL
The following Terms and Conditions and any other rules made available in writing by Bronzeson Avenue (collectively the Terms of Conditions) are applicable to all Bronzeson Avenue items that you (the customer) may order through Bronzeson Avenue services.
By placing an order through the (Bronzeson Avenue, or referred to herein as "US, "OUR" or "WE") website or by registering on the website to purchase luxury products, you guarantee that you are a legitimate customer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth and that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Bronzeson Avenue may modify the conditions of the terms at its sole discretion, and your continued use and/or registration following such change will signify your agreement to be bound in the future by the modified terms.
Please read the terms carefully and check the website on a regular basis to be informed of any new changes. If you do not agree to the new changes to the Terms of Conditions, then you must immediately contact customer service to cancel your registration and refrain from ordering any products through the Bronzeson Avenue website. Those wishing to use the Bronzeson Avenue website and services must read and agree to be bound by our Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policies relating to our services.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL USERS
The website is hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to users in the United States. If you are accessing the website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use and disclosure, that differ from United States law, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
3. PURCHASING
To register or place an order through our website, you must have reached the age of 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are UNDER the age of 18 years of age you cannot lawfully enter into a contract, and must have your parent or guardian review these Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policies Notice and register or place an order on your behalf. Any order placed in contradiction to this provision shall be null and void.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and registering as a member, you authorize Bronzeson Avenue and its employees to complete and execute any and all paperwork, and to speak to third parties on your behalf to help with the service of your purchase.
Member Benefits: Your journey with Bronzeson Avenue begins as a Silver member! There are three tier levels to the Bronzeson Avenue membership and they all start with great purchasing power.
You can achieve a higher status in the tier system as you grow with the program. Each level has a unique set of purchasing power and privileges for you to work with. Your status is determined by the amount of purchases that you have made successfully through Bronzeon Avenue.
4. ITEM AVAILABILITY
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by Bronzeson Avenue.
We reserve the right to refuse at any in time, without prior notice, orders exceeding a certain number of authorized products. Your order may not exceed (1) product in any buying session on the website.
You may browse the store on the website or contact us, to discover products that may be available for sale. Please note that only those products displayed are available for sale through the website. Please Contact Us if you have any questions and a Representative will be happy to assist you with further information as to product availability for purchase.
5. REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to place an order through the Bronzeson Ave. website, you are required to register and create an online account. During this process, you will be required to provide any up to date personal information, such as your legal name, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address.
Upon completion of your registration on the website, you will receive by email a one time password, which will allow you to register on the website and to choose a permanent account login and password, and a summary of your personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe and secured at all times. We will not be held responsible or liable for any misuse of your account in the event that a third party has access to and uses your password and account login in any way.
We reserve the right to change the information required to place an order or the registration requirements.
When placing an order through the Bronzeson Avenue website, you will be required to provide other personal information as applicable, such as shipping address, billing address and payment details. Additional information may be collected by Bronzeson Avenue or its third party providers at this time for security and anti-fraud purpose.
You warrant that the personal information you provide to the Bronzeson Avenue website is true, valid, complete, and up to date in all respects, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the shipping (unless the item is a gift) and billing information provided.
Should any of the information you provide to the Bronzeson Avenue website change, please login to your account and update your information on the website.
Your account will remain active until you decide to cancel it.
Bronzeson Avenue will determine whether or not to accept registration of applicant. We can refuse service to applicants for any reason and terminate your account at any time deemed necessary.
6. ORDERS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All registered members payments are held in a secured account specifically for each registered member. We do understand the importance of protecting our members accounts and information, and will take all possible steps to ensure that security . During the pay over time process, members can access their accounts any time to view new purchases, payment history, payment due dates and account balances.
Bronzeson Avenue reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time. We may refuse your order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning your payment, if we suspect that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or if you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities using our services.
Bronzeson Avenue charges a transaction fee of 7% a month of the total purchase price for up to 2-3-4 or 5 month period. All payments and fees are held in the registered members secured account. All purchases are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event that we can not complete or fulfill your order request, we will refund your initial 30% down payment.
Once we have received and approved your item for purchase, a 30% down payment of the estimated total purchase price of the item is required for us to purchase the item on your behalf. We ask for 48 hours from the time of submission to find and procure your special item. This 30% down payment, which includes your monthly fee, will be considered your first payment received. Your next monthly payment plus fee will not be due until 30 days after the original set up of payment. Customer payments will be equally divided into smaller monthly payments over the course of 2-3-4 or 5 months. Once all payments, fees and shipping have been collected, we will ship out the item with all original packaging.
A grace period of 15 days after your payment due date is given before your contract is cancelled, and all funds received will be non-refundable.
The payments for these services are the sole responsibility of the registered customer. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all monthly payments are paid on time and in full.
Bronzeson Avenue offers several options to make your payments. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, U.S.Postal Money Orders, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, U.S.Bank Cashier's Check. Please note that Cashier's Checks/Postal Money Orders may take up to 7 days to clear. Paypal accounts must be verified, along with a confirmed shipping address or eligible seller protection. Certain vendor credit processing companies may charge a transaction fee. Bronzeson Avenue does not charge any extra fees for these services. The customer assumes responsibility for fees charged by such processing companies. International customers may not pay by Credit/Debit card. International customers can pay via PayPal, if purchasing items from the store.
Orders will be cancelled if payment has NOT been made on the scheduled payment date and/or by the time the 15 day grace period has elapsed.
7. PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices on luxury items purchased through the Bronzeson Avenue services are in U.S. Dollars.
All purchase prices are determined by the STORE, STATE, LOCATION, PROMOTIONS, and any other factors that may occur. All receipts/ invoices will include item PURCHASE PRICE, STATE AND SALES TAXES, all calculated into your payments. Shipping price will be determined after delivery options have been chosen, NO later than within the last 30 days of final payment and shipping will be added to payments. Items can not be shipped until all fees and shipping costs have been paid in full.
Please note that, in some cases, the actual sales and State taxes charged may vary depending on when and where your item was purchased. Applicable laws between States for taxes may vary depending on where your item was ordered and/or purchased from.
Sales Tax
The amount of tax charged is dependent upon many factors, including the type of item purchased and destination of shipment. If an item is subject to sales tax in the state in which it was purchased, tax is generally calculated on the total purchase price of each individual item. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was purchased or shipped. Therefore, the sales tax that applied to your order may be different. Each state's tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax. Taxes are included in the price of the items total. All invoices will list sales tax separately. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes.
PAYMENT TERMS
When and how monthly payments are assessed: Your first monthly billing cycle last for 30 days and begins on the date your item is purchased. Each subsequent billing cycle will end on the same day of the month each month. You can check your account balance, and review your payment history all while logged into your account.
Switching payment methods: You are welcome to switch how you pay at any time. There is usually no need to contact a Bronzeson Avenue representative.

Cashier's Check's must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn from a U.S. Bank. Please make the cashier's check or U.S.Postal money order payable to Bronzeson Avenue and send via postal mail to:

Please also include your domain name on the check memo to help us locate your account. We will apply all payments to your account as soon as we receive payment.
AUTHORIZATION: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize Bronzeson Avenue, it's agents and representatives to complete and execute on your behalf documents and communications that are required to fulfill service. To speak on your behalf for you and about you when necessary to appropriate institutions.
I authorize Bronzeson Avenue and its third party processor to handle withdrawals electronically from my financial institution. This authorization will remain in effect until Bronzeson Avenue has received written notification to cancel/terminate from the authorized account person.
FALSE INFORMATION: You are responsible for the accuracy of all the information you provide. You shall not at any time provide us with information which is false, misleading, obsolete, or inaccurate. We may choose NOT to proceed with the process of your payment, and the relevant bill shall remain outstanding until paid by other means, or until the payment is resubmitted with correct and accurate information.
You realize that any failure by Bronzeson Avenue to process the payment for your item does not relieve you from the responsibility for payment of your item. In case of the payment processing failure, you will be notified by the email specified in your account. You understand that it is your responsibility to resubmit the payment by the due date. Please be advised that Bronzeson Avenue may cancel your order due to no payment after the company has given your notice of its intent to cancel your purchase order.
8. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
When ordering on the Bronzeson Avenue website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. You confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card that you will use for payment and that your payment details are correct.
If you decide to order by phone, you will need to communicate the necessary credit card information to a Bronzeson Avenue representative.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Bronzeson Avenue, you will need to contact your card holder issuer directly to solve this problem, and Bronzeson Avenue will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Upon authorization by the card card issuer, the amount of your monthly payment will be debited from your bank account at the time of dispatch.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, secure, and simple, all credit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we shall not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gets unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing the website or when ordering from a representative of the company.
PAY BY PHONE
When you call Bronzeson Avenue Customer Services support, we may verify your identity by asking for information such as your current shipping address, order information or the last four digits or expiration date of the Credi/Debit Card we have on file for your account.
9. BRAND NAMES/TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER
The brand names, logos, and pictures of products we sell are not associated with Bronzeson Avenue products and services, but are those of the respective trademark owners. These trademark holders are not affiliates of Bronzeson Avenue or our website. We are an independent service and not authorized to resell any of the products we sell.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience use only, and the individuals who access them from our site enter at their own risk. Bronzeson Avenue shall not be held liable for the products and content of any third party website. We are not responsible for the content on websites outside of Bronzeson Avenue com.
10. PROOF OF AGREEMENT/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
By clicking the acceptance and submit boxes throughout the Bronzeson Avenue website, you agree that you have carefully read, understand and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. The Terms and Conditions will apply to your usage of any purchase of items and/or services that we offer. You guarantee that you are a legitimate customer in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and that you accept to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Conditions, then you must immediately cancel your registration and refrain from ordering any products through the Bronzeson Avenue website.
For those wishing to use the Bronzeson Avenue website and services, your must read and agree to be bound by our Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policies relating to our services.
Please be aware that your purchase may be subject to respective vendors' additional Terms and Conditions, and that these terms might supersede Bronzeson Avenue Terms and Conditions.

11. PACKAGING
All items are delivered in the original packaging. Bronzeson Avenue inspects the purchased item when originally purchased and at time of shipping to customer.
12. SHIPPING POLICY
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO address and hotels
Shipping costs are charged to you by Bronzeson Avenue, and are in addition to the price of the products themselves. The cost of delivery shall be calculated according to the purchase value of your order and the shipping address.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow for final payment approval, Cashier's Check/Money Order clearing, address verification and order processing. Once the order is paid in full and ready to ship, we will send you the tracking confirmation of your order by email or by fax.
Bronzeson Avenue insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of each Bronzeson Avenue item shipped for delivery, and at that point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purpose (as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (at the delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sales agreement by Bronzeson Avenue, and the transfer of responsibility to the recipient. We will exercise reasonable effort to ensure the estimated delivery time of your order.

13. RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS
PLEASE NOTE: Bronzeson Avenue offers NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Bronzeson Avenue asks that you know your sizes by designers. We are not responsible for any item that does not fit satisfactorily. There will be no RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
PRODUCT AND SERVICES DESCRIPTIONS
We will attempt to provide accurate descriptions of products and services in our store. We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete descriptions provided by manufacturers of items.
PRICING INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Bronzeson Avenue website and store. We cannot, however, insure against pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to process any order placed for products or services whose price was incorrectly posted on the site as a result of an error. If this occurs, Bronzeson Avenue will notify you by email. Bronzeson Avenue reserves the right, as its sole discretion,to correct any error in the stated full and correct price.
ALCOHOL &WINE
Due to state restrictions, alcohol & wine may not always be purchased or shipped to all states in the U.S. Please check your state for more information regarding sales and delivery of alcohol products. If you provide a shipping address that does not meet a state's eligibility requirements for purchase and shipping, your order will not be placed or will be cancelled.
14. RESTRICTED/PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited Activities may include but are not limited to: Alcohol, Tobacco, Guns, Ammunition, Drugs, Narcotics, Counterfeit, Steroids, Prescription Drugs, Unauthorized Replica's, Live Stock, Pornography, Explicit Materials, Medical procedures, Surgeries, Pirated movies/Music, Illegal Activities, Promoting Hatred/ Violence, Financial Exploitation and anything that violates any laws, ordinances, security and regulations. Bronzeson Avenue has the right to refuse service for any reason we deem necessary.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Should you receive a damaged item, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team. We ask that you have your order number ready so our Customer Support Team can resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.
15. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT
We ask that you contact us immediately if you feel there has been a problem with you account.
- Unauthorized activity with your account
- Email/password needs to be changed
- Error with payment going through
- Missing any paperwork for your order
Bronzeson Avenue will take all appropriate measures to rectify any and all errors that we/or you discover or have brought to our attention.
Frozen or Blocked Account
If you have tried to access your account information without success, your account has been frozen or blocked for non-payment or irregular activity that is in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
If your payment has not been received before the 15 day grace period has ended or you have irregular activity to your account. Your account will be frozen or blocked and you will need to contact a Bronzeson Avenue representative immediately.
For non-payment, all orders will be cancelled and all funds paid thus far will be automatically forfeited and your account will be locked. Bronzeson Avenue’s procedure for non-payment is to send all cancelled orders to our store to be sold to the general public. A $10 fee is required to unlock your account, which gives you the ability to bring all late payments and fees current. A $100 fee is required to return your item from our store back to your account. Once the item is returned to your account, the normal payment schedule will resume. This only occurs if the item has not been sold in our store.
The quickest way to get your account unfrozen/unlocked is to contact a Bronzeson Avenue representative and pay all outstanding payments and fee's associated to help your order from being cancelled.
16. WARRANTIES/ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WHILE BRONZESON AVENUE WILL TAKE EVERY REASONABLE PRECAUTION TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION IT PLACES ON THE WEBSITE, IT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN RELATION TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY AND COMPLETENESS OF SUCH INFORMATION. THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR ENDORSEMENT MADE. 17. Indemnification
At our request , you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bronzeson Avenue, it's Officers, Directors, Agents, Affiliates, Licensors and Suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expense, damages and losses, including legal fees arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other persons accessing the website using your internet account login. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you hereafter.
18. Agreement
The Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and Bronzeson Avenue regarding your use of the Terms and Conditions and the website, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangement, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and Bronzeson Avenue in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, codes of conduct, or other matters posted on the website conflict with the Terms and Conditions, the Conditions shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you shall have no remedy with respect to any misrepresentation, whether or not such has become a Term and Condition.
19. No Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
20. Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without reference to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising in relation to our Terms and Conditions, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination thereof or any Bronzeson Avenue purchases through the website, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be in Las Vegas, NV. by the American Arbitration Associates (AAA) under payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees and will be governed by the AAA's rules.
21. Force Majeure
Bronzeson Avenue will not be liable for any failure or delay from Fire, Explosion, Flood, Storm, Act of God, Acts of Terrorism, Government Act, War, Civil Disturbance, Strike, Labor Difficulties, Internet Communication Failure, or anything else that may be out of the reasonable control of Bronzeson Avenue.
